I wish I could return the hair or receive a refund. The hair is nice but it's not for me. It is heavy and itchy. I had to remove it from my scalp immediately because my scalp itch profusely after installing. I also did not expect for it to be so heavy. I truly feel I wasted my money.However, the hair is not bad. It is sort of as pictured. The loss are pretty but as you crochet them they loose their form. This is not the loc hair you can simply feed in by placing the needle through the hollow space or unravel. During my experience you will have to simply crochet the full head if you want to preserve the curl. If you don't mind the curl being manipulated, do you
