This is a good, powerful, affordable winch with a remote control and a wired switch on the handlebars in case the remote batteries run out. Both switches work perfectly. To turn on the REMOTE CONTROL you need to simultaneously press (both) the "IN” and "OUT” buttons for 3 seconds. Then the REMOTE indicator lights up and the remote control works. The remote I have was able to send a signal from about 25 feet away from the ATV before the video was captured. I am happy with the ZEAK 3500 winch. It pulls the load well and rewinds straight/evenly back onto the reel. The clutch switch also makes it easier to release the spool. GREAT WINCH FOR THE PRICE. IMPORTANT: You must install a bracket to mount the winch over the down tube of a 2006 or later model year Kawasaki 750 Brute Force.
