I simply love these tops! The sleeves are cuffed as the photo shows. I am 5'2" and usually wear a size L/XL. I ordered the 3X to give myself a bit of wiggle room and it was perfect to wear with both jeans and skirts as well. The fit for me is just a tad loose in this size and the length completely covers my size 16 rear end to the point that I could even wear it with leggings if I wanted. For everyday wear I may size down to a 2X with my next purchase (and there Will be another purchase!). I got this blouse in Black, Wine, and Beige. The fabric is thick enough that I don't have to match bra colors to the fabric which is nice!
