If you damage your hair with coloring, it will help restore it. I heard about this conditioner from a stylist friend of mine many years ago when I was coloring my hair. This will basically fill in the holes that the color caused to graze the hair. And he fills it and strengthens it without a trace. It's like healing the hair forever until it grows back into healthier hair. I have tried many other things like keratin treatments and such and they have only made things worse. This conditioner makes it so much better. Once you feel the holes in your hair are filled and stronger, you can use it less frequently. I will use it about 3 times in a row on damaged hair and then once a week. Great product and I have never found anything remotely similar.
