Review on 🧵 U.S HA Gasket Rope Kit, 1/2" x 6" by UNITED STATES HDW by Patrick Lets

This item is as expected with no surprises. I ended up with more than enough glue to get the job done (about twice the amount I needed, which is always nice) and *enough* rope to run with. One end of the gasket did not root well and came loose from the wood stove door after a few weeks. Luckily there is more glue in the kit than you need so I reapplied the glue to the loose area and it has held up well ever since. I use my wood stove almost every day from fall through spring, so I expect it to last about a year or two of heavy use before it needs to be replaced.
