The only reason for the four stars is the size of the button on the device. I use this system to notify me when my wife needs help. She has primary progressive aphasia and sometimes needs my help. The wind chimes are great and I have them in various places around the house and outside. The problem is that the alarm buttons are so big that she refuses to wear them as a pendant. I'm sure an engineer could have scaled it down to the size of a wristwatch or a very small pendant that could be worn around the neck or attached to clothing. That issue aside, this is a lot.
