This is a great product except for one thing: it often rings by itself when no one has pressed the button. All three intercom stations have this problem, so it cannot be due to a faulty call button or intercom station. It can pick up a random signal from cell phones or cordless phones around the house, but that's quite annoying and greatly reduces the cost of the product.

The notification system works great when my bedridden mum notifies us that she needs something. All buttons and all receivers are interchangeable, meaning all receivers will ring no matter which button is pressed. We have one next to Mom's bed, one next to her chair in the living room and one in the bathroom. We then hooked up receivers on both floors of the house so we could hear wherever we were.

My adult 35 year old nonverbal autistic brother uses these pagers to let us know he is going to the bathroom. Let me tell you WHAT IS GAME CHANGING! We've taught him to push when he's ready and as soon as we hear the bell ring we go to the bathroom to help him. If you have someone with a disability in the home this can DEFINITELY help you as you can plug it into different parts of the house so you can hear it. It has different tones and is colorful when it rings.

I fell, my knees hurt and I couldn't get up well. I'm not willing to pay a monthly fee and let someone come to the house. My husband is strong and can still help me when I need help. He's also very hard of hearing and when I need him he's asleep or across the house. The range is good. I can go outside and the alarm still goes off when I fall. If you turn off the power or turn it off to move the call to another location, your settings will not be saved. Sometimes we have to ring the bell depending on who's home and where. The only reason for the four stars is the size of the button on the device. I use this system to notify me when my wife needs help. She has primary progressive aphasia and sometimes needs my help.
