The main pro with this item is it looks nice. Another pro is that it seems sturdy and durable. I like these qualities.It is not made for big Bibles or books, but for thin ones. If your Bible is particularly thin, it should work quite well! See dimensions recommended. I plan to keep this a long time. There are two penholders; no pockets at all. I think it will last a long time.
