Review on INTOUCH by Mike Wallace

I have been using Intouch for over three years now and it offers so much more than just customer relationship management! The product supports many different business processes such as sales force automation, marketing campaigns, order processing and shipping/fulfillment, etc. With Intouch you can create your own workflow or use prebuilt workflows to automate repetitive tasks. As an end user we are able to access our data from anywhere with internet connectivity and also send emails via mobile devices. We do not need to install any client side application or web server because everything runs through the platform itself which makes things even better. Sometimes there could be some delay between changes made by one of my colleagues and reflected instantly within the system but this happens rarely. My clients love how easy it is to manage their accounts while on the go; they don't feel like they're missing out on anything at all.
