EDIT: 4/13/16 Moved to 2*. After using it for a while I decided to switch to the original TIme Timer design and ended up buying the old 3 inch model. Although the MOD looks more modern, it is inferior in functionality. Turn the 'knob' to set the timer, as turning the knob is inaccurate because it's so small. You know that watch where you turn the tiny face to set the time and how annoying that is? One way to improve the design is to make the knob bigger, like a regular egg timer.More efficient, accurate, and generally more convenient as I'm constantly setting the time in short 5-15 minute intervals.On a tiny knob too turning just doesn't work for me.---Pricey for what you get--a small alarm clock made in China.You would think they would have the decency to give you a free AA battery since you're ok to pay so much I was really looking forward to the product but you really can tell it was made in China I have no problem with that but again the price should reflect the quality and this isn't $40 -Alarm clock. Requires A A battery. Does not come with battery. The battery compartment is very annoying as you have to use a screwdriver to open it. I wish they had designed it like all other plastic alarm clocks with a battery hole that you can just slide. Other than that, it's a cool little device. Happy to start using.
