Don't buy this. I bought these because they are Kitchen Aid but difficult to use. (1) Measured value cannot be read. The markings are the same color as the plastic and blend in so well that it's very, very difficult to read, even with glasses. And isn't measuring the most important function of measuring cups and spoons? If you can't read it, then they're no good. (2) The shape of the measuring cups makes storage difficult. The plastic is thick and durable, which is great, but the cups have a sort of bulge that makes them barely fit in my kitchen drawer. I have to make sure there's nothing around them or the drawer won't close. I gave the set to my son who said he could use it or not because he also has trouble reading measurements because he wears glasses - and he's only 21! As I write this I think I'll be returning them to Amazon.
