It arrived on time and as advertised. I used it as my main bag for 5 months. It is comfortable and well padded. The flash is decently hearty. Millions of bags are useful. The side pockets fit my Medela PISA and cooler bag. Thanks to the Medela fridge with 4 bottles and freezer bag, the milk stays cold all day long, even when it's not in the fridge. It would be nice to have a large and a smaller bottom pocket for large pumps or on days I don't need them to put my lunch to one side (usually frozen food and/or a rectangular plastic to-go container). My real disappointment is that after 5 months of use the fabric on the back was torn at the seams I purposely took a backpack to reduce the strain on my back and hoped it would take the weight of what I need to carry with me , would keep : pump, lunch and plenty of water. It didn't last. I'll probably return to Sarah Wells and hope it proves useful aside from skimming life.
