Review on 🎙️ Enhanced Recording Workflow with BOSS Micro BR Digital Recorder, Silver, (BR-80) by Staxy Asedr

This review focuses on customer service/technical support. I had an issue that I couldn't figure out after hours of reading instructions, searching the web and YouTube. I tried several times within two days to contact the manufacturer and the seller by phone and email. Both places have answering machines to leave a message (neither place has a live person). I left at least 5 messages and sent 3 emails between the two. It's been 4 days and I haven't heard from any of them. The BR-80 has a lot to learn and hard to figure out. A little help with a few questions would go a long way. If you are considering buying it, expect to spend half your life learning it because you will have ZERO customer service and tech support.
