Great value and easy to use! Multitrack recorder, music player, drum machine and effects processor in one tiny box. It's like having an entire recording studio in your pocket. I use it for my daily guitar practice. Its size allows me to do it anywhere without any problems.

Pretty decent device compared to what I have, only the spinning wheel doesn't work with a finger. Roland has built-in kickstands for viewing angles and device control. It's basically almost every Boss guitar effects processor, amp modeling, digital multitrack recorder, drum machine, and two of the best condenser mics you'll ever use, all in a box that fits in your gig bag. Sure, you can do most things with apps on your smartphone for less, but the instrument jack and built-in mics make it the perfect all-round instrument for any musician. It's cheap, powerful, and easy to use. I like it.

This review focuses on customer service/technical support. I had an issue that I couldn't figure out after hours of reading instructions, searching the web and YouTube. The cut, copy, and paste feature works well, but carry a notepad with you so you can remember where to cut.
