Works and feels great. I read some bad reviews and it seems to me that they didn't know what they were ordering. This is a compression massage. So it compresses and then releases the pressure. This is not a kneading or vibrating machine. For those who say it hurts, reduce the intensity and/or adjust the straps until you are comfortable. If one of our mouths doesn't work, make sure you connect it to the remote control properly. I made this mistake when I first opened it. Otherwise I am very satisfied and it does exactly what is described.
