This product has many of the parts Eufy needs at a good price but the packaging was still TERRIBLE for me. The side brushes were packaged in a small ziplock bag stuffed into a small box containing the roller brush and filters. When I pulled the brushes out of the bag, the strands of the brushes completely lost their shape. Absolutely ridiculous! I requested a refund and then remembered that my Eufy instructions mentioned that you can reshape the curved side brush with a warm damp cloth. I put one of the warped brushes in a bowl of hot water, let it sit for 15 seconds, pulled it out and reshaped it perfectly. Problem solved but a problem that could have been avoided with the right packaging.
