Bad hum at maximum computer line out power on CD input and 14 dB

I replaced my $15 JVC receiver that I bought at a thrift store. It was a 310 watt system with 4-8 ohms switchable. Multiple speaker outputs. But without a remote control. And no hum. I am currently working from home so this will not work. i was cheap I had a thought that I could go cheap and see it would be the same. How to get gold-plated network cables. Do you remember Monster Cables? But it failed. So many problems: 1) hum. I'll check for ground issues but the JVC was fine, never had any noise. It's three-pin, and the house was connected with green wires. However, the problem may lie in the large amount of computer hardware. 2) Volume increments are too large. I prefer to turn the volume up a notch. 3) The mute button makes a metallic click. It's just embarrassing to hear anything mechanical. 4) Lights are stupid. There's no compensation, so it's just an in-store publicity stunt. It's killing him here. 6) Every stereo system I had was nice enough. From old imitation wood to black metal. I never thought about it. It's literally ugly. It was nice to have knobs and easy adjustment and toggle options. My JVC Control Panel requires a PhD to use it, so I was never able to get it to work properly. So at least there is a knob for the subwoofer and I don't have to "run" through sub-menus to change it. A dual-input mic is unusual, and the front-panel mic EQ controls don't feel right. But there is a buyer for it. So the buzz and the power button make it unusable. I will once again look for a remote control for my JVC on ebay. And I won't return it since it costs $40. It really isn't worth it, and the joy of drop testing is inevitable. Incidentally, my father taught me that good electronics are heavy and cheap crap is light. That's easy. The JVC is the same size but weighs literally a ton. Or almost. I will never buy Pyle again. Try it first but I have to resort to expensive brands that claim historical quality.
