So far so good, I play a lot of video games with my Elite Controller and the rubber on the original grips came off and I had to replace them. Unfortunately, this is really the only option I've seen and they don't come cheap. $40 is a little pricey but they are exactly what I wanted and good quality so I didn't mind paying that much. The only downside to buying it is that at this price I have to have a removal tool which is basically just a piece of hard plastic. I had to use a flat head and was afraid of scratching parts of the rubberized finish.
