Doesn't work miracles but my teeth are noticeably whiter which is what I wanted. I felt like they had gone a bit to the dark side from years of coffee drinking. And the "super white" promised by expensive professional treatment did not interest me. The added benefit is that it doesn't increase sensitivity and the incentive to keep my teeth looking whiter allows me to brush longer and more often, resulting in a comfortable feeling of cleanliness. So why only four stars? Because it's expensive and I can imagine someone with worse teeth than me (or higher expectations) would not be happy with the results.
