I added a few teaspoons of Unicorn Scour, added wool, swirled it around and dunked it in water, crossed my fingers, hoping for the best and expecting the worst. IT WORKED MIRACLES. Even in not very hot water, he madly pulled out "garbage" and lanolin and dirt. The water turned brown so quickly. Rinsed it out a bit and ran it through a second bath just to be sure - almost no hint of color in the second bath. It removed almost all of the dirt and wax from a very dirty fleece in one pass in warm + water. And the wool smelled really nice after drying - not "perfumed" but clean - DEFINITELY not the smell it smelled while bathing! LAUGH OUT LOUD! I'm really very very satisfied!
