I have ADHD which means I forget to drink water and when I do if it tastes weird I can't, and when I'm phased out due to management dysfunction, constantly getting up and replenishing is unrealistic. With this water bottle I fill it up and put it in the fridge overnight and sit in it all day without worrying about the temperature and because it's stainless steel there's no aftertaste. So he's perfect for me. It takes some time to cool down (expected). Once cooled, it stays cold for hours. It's heavy, but easier to hold with one sleeve, and it's strong enough to sit next to you, just bend over and take a sip. If it weren't so heavy, I could carry it around more easily when I go out of the house.
