Review on Yukiko by Marco Habersham
Great tool useful especially if working across platforms
I think that it is very good to use this program for those who want more control over their projects because there are many different tools with which you can work together in your tasks such as MS Project or Gantt chart etc.. The system works well so far but sometimes we have problems when sending files from one platform (MS Office) into another(Yukikos). We solved these issues by creating custom fields where all our data will be stored before send them via email/excel file using OPC workflow rules.(Custom Field - File Transfer ).
Pros
- It has great possibilities
- There's much information about project management available.
- You need not pay anything if working locally, only internet access required; )
Cons
- Not enough resources dedicated towards customer support
- Some processes require additional steps
