I like that they are able to help me with my accessibility needs as well! They have amazing support people who always get back right away if you need them, even at 3 am during an emergency situation when there is no internet or phone service available (which happened last year). There could be more options for customization of subtitles so it's not just one size fits most - which can sometimes feel restrictive depending upon your preference levels/preferences- but overall we're happy customers!! We use captions labs because their pricing structure allows us flexibility without sacrificing quality while providing excellent customer care both before purchase AND after implementation within our system -- something many other companies do NOT provide.
