The process of sending files to our translation team. It is very easy with this system since I upload my translated documents in seconds! There are no mistakes when uploading any file (also because it's always saved as "translated" file!). But there should be an option to change text color for each word or line that was changed by me during editing/reviewing document before submitting it to translator. The support team is really good at their job. They are always available to help with any queries that we might have and they can quickly solve it for us. Sometimes it takes time to understand what exactly you want but once you do get a solution you are very happy with the results. The fact that we can get all our translation needs done in one place (Aspena) makes it easy for us to manage them without having so many different people working with multiple projects at once!
