The support team is really good at their job. They are always available to help with any queries that we might have and they can quickly solve it for us. Sometimes it takes time to understand what exactly you want but once you do get a solution you are very happy with the results. It doesn't matter if it's late or early in the morning, I don't think there would be anything wrong as long as the support team has seen my request. The only thing that I don't like about Aspena is that when we receive an invoice there isn't a way of paying online which is quite annoying. Apart from that, everything was great! Translations, localisations and proofreading.
