We help our customers create compliant, accessible, and engaging videos, offering a range of services including closed captioning, live automatic captioning, audio description, and translation. We serve more than 2,000 customers and process more than 7,000 hours of videos each month. Our goal is to make video accessibility easy, flexible, and scalable for our customers and aim to simplify video compliance processes by focusing on future-proofing, scalability, and automation. We provide a user-friendly platform, flexible workflows, custom APIs, and integrate seamlessly with a multitude of video players, platforms, and lecture capture systems. Our video search plugins and suite of tools save time and cut costs. We’ve designed a seamless, fuss-free experience for our customers. Implementation is fast, requires minimal training, and can easily be provisioned for additional users and departments at any time. Everything is web-based and there is no software to install. Our commitment to innovation has led to 8 patents (granted and pending)–all of which focus on making our processes more efficient and less expensive. We have won numerous awards, including the 2016 Reader’s Choice Award for best Closed Captioning Solution.

So far, easy and user friendly experience

The ability to upload directly from my computer or phone is very intuitive! I am able to use it with no training at all - that's amazing for such advanced software that does so much! There are also other options in terms of editing your script before uploading (which makes sense since you're writing out specific words). It would be nice if there were additional ways like adding images to make them look nicer but otherwise this has been great! You can easily find an option without needing many…

Very good experience dealing services, definitely recommendable

The best thing about this service is that it was easy to use and I could understand everything without any problems at all. It's very simple to use so anyone can do it by themselves and their support team are super helpful if you have any questions or queries they will be happy to answer them for free! Sometimes when using this software there would be some technical difficulties but whenever i reached out to their customer care department they were able to solve my issues in no time. This has…

User friendly and very helpful customer service

I like that they offer many different types of software as well as multiple languages to choose from for translations etc. Sometimes it is not clear what you are supposed to do when uploading your video (i am new). It would be nice if there was an easy way to sort through all available options before starting so i don't have too much work ahead! The best part about this program though has been being able to upload my own custom subtitles in any language imaginable without having someone else…
