I really like how simple and intuitive the user interface is. You can create your own templates, set up recurring bookings, send emails to customers and much more! The support team is very responsive and helpful. Sometimes it takes a while for them to respond but they always get back to you quickly. I wish there were more options for recurring bookings. I would love to be able to have my bookings automatically repeat every month or week. That's one thing I dislike about other booking systems. It would also be great if we could add our own options to our bookings so that we can customize what dates we want to appear in our booking list.
