I read reviews about them and it seemed to me that most of the complaints were about how long they do not burn out. I've fallen asleep with my 8+ a couple of times and had no problems. I've used it enough times that if it was of poor quality I feel like it would be dead now. It's fairly bright considering it's in a huge rock and very warm which should be good for salt lamps. To be honest I don't know anything about her. I bought a lamp from a local Goodwill store and it had everything except bulbs. I wish I had a dimmer switch because these lights are a bit bright when I hit them at night, but I think they're great. I mean you get about 6 bulbs so if each one lasts 3 months each is rated for over a year. They came in a bubble bag which I still keep my other onions in.
