What a great experience. The passenger side rearview mirror on our 2008 Volvo XC70 recently came off while driving. A little research online showed us that this is fairly common as the heated defrost feature can cause the adhesive holding the mirror to fail. After some more research online I found this Dorman replacement mirror on several websites but I was concerned it might not be as good as the Volvo OE mirror. When I called the dealer and heard that it would cost them over $200 to replace the mirror with Volvo parts, I decided to make my own Dorman part instead. The price on Amazon was right and I received the mirror the very next day after ordering. I just installed it and everything went great. It looks just as good as the mirror it replaced and the whole process took about five minutes. If you need it, it works.
