I like how easy it is to use, as well as the fact that it's free! It does what it says on the tin, which is great because there aren't any other options that do this out there.
The only downside to me so far is that if I'm doing something that requires more than one request (which I don't often), it takes longer to get results back. I'm using SkyAtlas for my internal operations team - we use it to send emails to our customers when they're overdue on payments, and also to send reminders when bills are due.
