Because of the mesh, only on these chairs can I sit comfortably in the summer's oppressive heat. But, the mesh is very bad in this particular model. To start, she's overweight. It sagged right from the bat, and no amount of tightening the adjustment screws had any effect; the mesh still sags with the merest provocation. I expect to be perched atop the skeleton within the next few months. Second, it irritably adheres to the skin and digs in. The mesh on my last chair from the same manufacturer, albeit a newer model and two times cheaper, never sagged or stuck after six months since it was denser and had a different cell structure. I assumed it would be just as wonderful, if not better, here, but alas, no. After that comes ergonomics. It's tough to find a comfortable working position due to the perceived ergonomics. The back is still slightly slanted back even when the mechanism is fixed in the most vertical position. First, due of its form; second, because of the swing mechanism's inherent backlash. There is also a little elevation in the front of the seat. In the aggregate, you cannot work in such position since even with the back fixed vertically, you still sit with your body tilting back. The lumbar support is set at an insufficiently high height and cannot be adjusted. It appears to be compatible, and it performs better with it than without it, but ergonomics still take a hit. When you try to roll the chair by the armrest, it turns willingly because the locks are so weak. The whole chair has a slack quality about it. Everything is hanging, crumpling, or bending because it is loose. Totally not trustworthy in any way, shape, or form, and twice as cheap as it now is.
