Review on ๐ŸŽง SteelSeries Arctis 7P Wireless Gaming Headset for PS5 & PS4 - Lossless 2.4GHz Wireless Technology - White Edition by Kelly Porter

This > Astro A50 (for ps4)

I had Astro A50s before that. I've used both on PS4 and this is by far the best headset (wireless) I've had on PS4. I also had a Razer Thresher 7.1. With both the Threshing Machine and the a50, I've experienced feedback that appears to be caused by overtones that no headset can adjust. With the arctis pro wireless you can adjust the side effects. So if you keep getting feedback on side effects, it shouldn't be a problem. The sound is excellent although I've heard the wired and Gamedac versions sound better but wireless is important to me as I have a toddler walking around. The battery swap feature is also a plus as you don't have to worry if you forget to charge it while it's in the transmitter. They're really comfortable too. In terms of price range, it really comes down to these or Astros, and as someone who has both, go for these. The Astros are junk, and my headsets never lasted more than two or three months before I had to send them in for repairs. and this has also caused headaches related to their customer service. Update: I've had it for almost a year and haven't had any issues with it yet. On rare occasions I can turn the headset on and get feedback, but I just turn it off and on again and the problem is solved. If you are thinking of them or the Astro A50, I would go for these. The Astro A50 lasts about a month before you need to send it in for repairs, and you'd better get an extended warranty.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly
