I bought this scarf for my mother-in-law who lives in snowy upstate New York as opposed to my sunny home in Southern California. Lately she's been complaining that she's always cold and that her other scarves aren't keeping her as warm as she'd like. I figured since it's 100% wool and no synthetic fibers it might suit her better. She received it and loves it - said it is very soft and comfortable to wear and she feels warm when she goes outside.
