One of the bottles had an open lid (pump was on) and about 30ml of liquid spilled out. Outer and inner packaging intact, no damage. It must have happened in the place of the original packaging. I had to clean both soap bottles before using. I have written to the seller and there is no reply. Several days have passed. I would buy again with caution. Neutrogena itself is a great product. I've been using it for decades.
