These stakes appear stiff and have a good tip for easy installation. They were used to assemble our 12ft trampoline. We managed to drive them into the ground without a hammer - only with the weight of the body and boots. We were nervous because a few weeks after we added them, a storm was forecast and we were expecting winds of 60mph. At this point we wondered if we hadn't gone for the land version. Although we were unable to test 60mph I am pleased to report that the trampoline would not move in gusts up to 57mph. Otherwise it was unprotected and located in the middle of our lawn.
