20 pcs in packaging, transparent plastic ruler. 12" straight ruler. Flexible ruler. I had to take off two stars because they are very faint and the numbers are hard to read. Good if you need inexpensive rulers to hand out to a group of kids at school. There however, being transparent makes it a bit difficult to see the numbers on it compared to traditional wooden rulers.Slight, but you get that for a large quantity at a small price.
