Works great. No drivers need to be installed. Fully compatible with Win 10 and Oculus Rift driver. Created and problem for me because it uses one PCI-e X4 slot and disables 4 PCI-E X1 slots. There's only so much bandwidth to go around. You get 4 dedicated controllers, but I think the 4-port Fresco (KTU3FR-4P) sold here is acceptable and works great with the Rift for 1/3 the price. If you want the best, assume you can afford to trade in your PCI Express x1 slots. Not sure if all MOBOs do this (mine was Gigabyte) but read your manual carefully. I have to say that owning the Rift gave me a crash course in USB controllers. I also got a BIOS error when installing it and had to remap drive letters on all my USB 3.0 hard drives which all disappeared.
