Perfect for grill or oven
I cook with the grill lid closed most of the time so I use one of these clips to hold the core temperature sensor in place. I'll let it hang warm. I set up a thermometer that notifies me when the grill goes above or below the set temperature. Have you ever checked the exact temperature in your oven?
