This was my introduction to Inno Supps products and I found out about it via Instagram (influencers). I was intrigued because she boasted about how much she sweated from it. I know not everyone likes to sweat, but for me it's a sign of detoxification and I look forward to it during my workout. Although I know better, sweat levels after a hard workout don't always satisfy me like sweat levels after high-intensity cardio. However, Volcarn 2000 is a game changer. Now with just half a cap about 30 minutes before any workout (including yoga) I feel warm and start to sweat. It helps me get rid of the sweat and I love it! The taste is delicious too, but if you don't like tart flavors, order their Peach Rings flavor as it's a bit sweeter and not too spicy. Enjoy later!
