I noticed the gasket in my gas cap was torn, did a little research and found this product. I figured I would save money along the way, but then when I replaced the old one, I found that the new gasket was too lost. I decided to give it a try, but after a few months the Check Engine caught fire. Decided to get a new gas cap from AutoZone as it was too late to return this crap. And yes, for $30, the check engine light was gone.
