I don't know where the "negative" reviews about inaccuracies etc. come from, but this device is a *JEWEL*! Easy programming - easy installation - and accuracy. Impressed with the "TECH SET" option -- amazingly SMALL variable "swing" of only 0.4 degrees -- does NOT need less than 1.0 swing -- but I think that says something about it how well thought out this device is (I love the instructions telling the "installer" to "activate this feature only after 3 seconds to prevent the homeowner from accidentally hitting it"! LOL The bottom line is the BEST 5-1-1 stats I've ever seen - well worth the higher price for a VERY picky - and happy customer.
