This headset is not compatible with many eligible computers. After making sure my system met the requirements (actually a lot more), I ordered it. When it arrived and I plugged it in I got a terrible 1-4 error. I spent 2 hours waiting with HP support to have a 5 minute conversation which resulted in "return it is defective" which I did. The replacement had the same error. This leads me to believe that I either received 2 faulty products (unlikely) or HP's claims are guidelines only. Either way, it's a toss of the dice with this headset. I would suggest buying a different VR set but if you go with this one expect trouble and no help from HP.
