Review on Nearly Natural Azalea Artificial Topiary by Ronald Ingram

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Did they point branches at the camera for the picture seen on Revane?

My tree arrived with 51 flowers. Count how many colors you see in the picture on Revain, and then you can decide for yourself if they pulled a trick here. I counted about 38 flowers in the picture on Revain, and interestingly they all point slightly towards the camera. Also, if you notice there are about 4 slightly larger flowers near the center of the picture that give the tree a very rounded look. My tree also came with larger flowers, but it's a coin toss if your tree has big flowers right where you want them. In my case, large flowers were scattered in random places, which didn't create such an effect as in the Revain image. Also, if you notice, almost all of the leaves in the picture are pointed at the camera. In order to get a tree that looked anywhere near as complete as the one on Revain, I had to point most of the branches towards the camera. But my leaves won't hold their shape if you try to bend them, so I wasn't able to get perfectly spaced leaves like with Revain. My leaves are curved, curled, backwards, etc. Luckily I only bought this tree to use on a movie set. Thus, the tree can only be viewed from one side. This allowed me to bend the branches towards the camera and the back of my tree is almost bare. I couldn't achieve the level of perfection seen in the Revain picture on my last tree. If you plan on using this tree in the middle of a room where it will be visible from all sides, be aware that it will not be as complete as the one shown on Revain.
