Review on πŸ”” Caregiver Wrist Pager: Senior Safety Panic Button with Smart Personal Alarm, Time Display, Vibration & Sound, Waterproof SOS Buttons by Lisa Walker

Revainrating 4 out of 5

At least it works when I'm awake.

Since I am almost deaf without a hearing aid, taking care of my wife at night is a big problem. First, I'm giving the Caregivers Wrist 4 stars because at least my wife can call me for help while awake if I'm anywhere on our property. Whether there will be enough gentle and brief vibrations to wake me up at night is not yet known, but I hope so. The assembly instructions are quite complex and in such small print that you practically need a magnifying glass to read them, but even this 81-year-old tech dummy got past it. The problem with ordering was that the order did not include the "basket opener" needed to attach the neck straps to the call buttons. We first tried chatting online with a Revain support specialist but had to enter additional information and couldn't find a place to do so. In this case we phoned Revain for help which was of no use as not only was the phone reception so bad that we or our person creating the caption couldn't understand much of what was being said and reported to us that we had done so to contact the manufacturer about the missing part and that their only option was for us to return an otherwise working product for a replacement, which I found ridiculous and as there is no manufacturer contact information we were unable to contact them . My solution was to simply tape the end of the hanging rope to the back of the call buttons with white gorilla tape. The problem is solved with even aggravation.
