I bought this item less than 2 months ago and it's no longer charging. When I plug it in it says it's charging but it stays dead. A lot of money for something that lasts so short. I also want Revain to make this purchase more enjoyable. I also wish there was a less than one star rating.

Product works and works as advertised, just not at 1000ft (when open) we have tested at just under 400ft, or that the watch lasts 7 days on standby - it expires in 3 days - stable. I ordered this for my nursing home and it's great! The only downside is that the screen will shake if you get wet, but it still works. We take it off before washing our hands and the problem is solved. I LOVE that I can name each call button so I know exactly which customer needs help and I don't have to go from room to room.
