Great shipping tool plus amazing Customer Service

I like that it’s easy to use, as well as having great customer service reps who are always willing/able help solve any problems we have! The price is also very reasonable considering all of their features they offer; even when things go wrong with our orders there's usually someone online ready at hand 24 hours per day 7 days each week via chat or email if needed (which has been helpful). We've used this software in order handle multiple shipments from different vendors within one account which adds up quickly over several months since not every client uses them but instead send out separate invoices through Paypal / ACH etc., then pay these off individually after receiving payment by using ShippingEasy API integration - This allows us ship products across many clients without cluttering everything into just 1 place where tracking numbers get lost amongst other info &amp data about an item being shipped along its entire journey until reaching recipient hands!! The ease of use, the ability to customize everything and how quick it is for new users to get up to speed with the system. Nothing really! It's great that they have an excellent support team as well who are very knowledgeable about all aspects of their product. I would highly recommend this software if you're looking for something easy to set up yet powerful enough to handle complex orders in realtime. We've been able to process over 100K+ transactions per month since we implemented ShipRush last year.

  • Very good pricing especially compared against competitors' solutions
  • Can create shipping labels easily too once items enter Fulfillment Center
