Great shipping tool plus amazing Customer Service

I like that it’s easy to use, as well as having great customer service reps who are always willing/able help solve any problems we have! The price is also very reasonable considering all of their features they offer; even when things go wrong with our orders there's usually someone online ready at hand 24 hours per day 7 days each week via chat or email if needed (which has been helpful). We've used this software in order handle multiple shipments from different vendors within one account which

  • Easy to understand interface
  • Great Customer Service Reps available around clock during business hrs.
  • Very good pricing especially compared against competitors' solutions
  • Can create shipping labels easily too once items enter Fulfillment Center
Cons
  • Not the best
