***Update*** July 14, 2020 This was well packaged and very easy to set up. I was online for 10 minutes. It also greatly increased my Wi-Fi speed compared to the old legacy hardware I had. I will update the review if anything changes. On July 5th, a few days after my return window, the modem/router started to lag. And stopped working many times during the day. If I want to watch a 30 minute show on Hulu/Netflix, I have to restart my modem at least three times. This also applies to being online. I started with an online purchase, 3 items from one page, it took over 1.5 hours. My internet speed is lightning fast, my computer is only a few months old, the only thing that goes into this equation is a modem. I finally gave up and stopped resetting the modem and started using my phone on cellular data. I was able to checkout within 3 minutes. Super disappointing that this modem is so noisy.
