I bought these LEDs for my '06 Mustang fog lights. They were brighter than the Sylvania bulbs I bought from the auto zone. Also, lightbulbs generate a lot of heat and I felt their warmth after turning them off. They give good illumination and are much cooler as the fog lens doesn't even feel hot or warm to the touch. I haven't put them on the shelf yet. But I tested the light with an AC/DC power supply and plugged the bulb into the fog light. Very happy at the moment. Pay attention to the last photo or the one that is not so bright, this is a Sylvania bulb. Not the lightbulb for which the review. But to show you a comparison or luminous flux of an LED and a conventional light bulb. Vancouver, Washington. JS
