Review on 🐶 Water Resistant Fleece Lined Dog Coat: RC Pet Products Cascade Jacket by Brook Johnson

I ordered a new RC Pet Cascade and an old RC Pet West Coast Rainwear from Revain for comparison purposes. Both have the same neckline and are waterproof. I keep West Coast because of the use of heavier and thicker fleece (West Coast is about 20% heavier than Cascade - both are 22 inches). However, if my dog was under 20 inches, I would choose the Cascade for the front cover. I hope RC will eventually add a medium to large sized canine front panel to the Cascade coat. I am replacing a 6 year old Worthy Dog branded Velcro Apex jacket. The Cascade is nearly identical to the Worthy Dog (which has a great coat), but the RC Cascade is about $10 cheaper. The RC jackets arrived just in time for a 20 degree walk in the park. For an active dog with a decent coat, any type of RC will do at this temperature (my dogs run). But for a thinner coat or a more relaxed walk under these jackets, a sweater may be required. The old version has a zip for harness access like the RC Vortex and RC Nimbus Puffer. I wish RC would add access to seat belts on all jackets. I wear a belt over my jacket. In general I highly recommend it.
